Michael graduated from massage school in 1996. 

He has worked in a variety of medical and wellness centers including physician offices, chiropractic centers and Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA. 

He has also been a Certified Orthopedic Massage specialist since 2008 as well as studied extensively in movement reeducation, intra-oral massage, Kinesio-taping and massage cupping modalities.   He continues to hone his skills by taking ongoing education classes. 

Since 2001 he has been an instructor at several top massage schools teaching basic and intermediate massage, kinesiology, professional development and ethics courses to massage students.  He also has supervised massage students at Swedish Medical Center as they provide massage services to oncology, HIV+, and medical patients.  

Michael has also completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and uses his knowledge of yoga and how the body moves to students and clients.  

He enjoys hiking with his dog Elliot, photography and cycling.
