Virginia Mason Center for Integrative Medicine: 

The Center for Integrative Medicine (CIM) is a separate Tax ID number from the rest of Virginia Mason and as such, is a cash based business housed inside the medical center. 

Massage therapy sessions are charged at the time of visit.  CIM is Out-of-Network with all insurance carriers and will issue a medical receipt and super bill so that you may submit a claim yourself to receive reimbursement. CIM does not bill insurance companies on your behalf. 

You are urged to contact your insurance company prior to scheduling your first appointment to verify your Out of network massage benefits.   You can use the information below to assist you in that inquiry.
